Site Facilities Officer

Fixed term for 1 year
Salary: Grade 4, Scp 5-7 £18,795 – £19,554
Hours: 37 hrs per week, all year around

We currently have a fixed term vacancy for a Site Facility Officer, to work Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Friday 10am – 5.30pm to provide facilities support services across the Trust. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of general maintenance and janitorial tasks and will report to and support the facilities manager and assist caretakers as required in the delivery of planned, reactive and adhoc maintenance.

The successful candidate will be personable, resourceful and able to use their own initiative to undertake tasks and resolve issues. They should have sound knowledge of health and safety and experience relevant to the tasks described.

As this position is Trust based, the successful candidate may be expected to work across all premises within a 45 minute travelling distance.

We would like the job holder to start as soon as possible and work until 31st August 2021.
